AI POLICY
RULES FOR RESPONSIBLE USE OF AI SERVICES
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This AI Policy explains rules and expectations for using Proxima Pictures AI image, video, studio, editing, upscaling, and related tools. It supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. AI OUTPUTS ARE SYNTHETIC
Outputs generated or edited through the Services may be synthetic, inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, offensive, misleading, or legally restricted. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, relying on, or using them in a project.
We do not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, commercially suitable, or free from third-party rights.
2. PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the Services to create, upload, request, edit, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive, including:
- child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, or content that exploits or harms children;
- non-consensual sexual content, intimate images, or sexual deepfakes;
- impersonation, misleading deepfakes, fraud, scams, phishing, or identity misuse;
- hate, harassment, threats, extremist content, or unlawful discrimination;
- malware, credential theft, evasion, cyber abuse, or instructions for wrongdoing;
- content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, confidentiality, or data protection rights;
- medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, law enforcement, biometric identification, or other high-risk decisions about people;
- processing biometric or sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and required consent.
3. PERSONAL DATA AND LIKENESSES
You must not upload images, likenesses, voices, documents, or other personal data of another person unless you have the necessary rights, consent, and legal basis. Extra care is required for minors, public figures, private individuals, biometric data, health data, and sensitive categories of personal data.
4. TRANSPARENCY
Where required by law, platform rules, advertising rules, professional standards, or context, you must disclose that content was generated or materially modified by AI. This is especially important where content could mislead people about real persons, events, news, evidence, endorsements, or commercial claims.
5. MODERATION
We may use automated and manual moderation to detect policy violations, illegal content, abuse, fraud, security threats, and unsafe use. Content may be blocked, delayed, removed, down-ranked, or restricted. Accounts may be warned, limited, suspended, or terminated where necessary.
Moderation may be imperfect. If you believe a decision was incorrect, contact us at sales@proximai.art and include the relevant account, content, generation, or transaction information.
6. MODEL LIMITATIONS
Models and tools may be unavailable, rate-limited, changed, retired, replaced, or restricted because of technical capacity, legal obligations, provider rules, safety requirements, payment status, or abuse prevention. We may adjust prompts, filters, model access, credit costs, and queues to protect the Services and users.
7. COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use of outputs may be allowed under our Terms and your plan, but you remain responsible for checking whether your intended use is lawful, whether third-party rights or licenses apply, and whether additional permissions are needed.
8. REPORTING ABUSE
Report illegal, unsafe, infringing, or abusive AI content to sales@proximai.art. Include URLs, screenshots, account names, generation IDs, and any other information that helps us review the report.
